Companies in Estonia can check whether they are required to submit questionnaires to Statistics Estonia on the Statistics Estonia website under "Submit data – Obligation to submit data." Data can be submitted electronically through the eSTAT data submission environment, using an ID-card or mobile-ID. Alternatively, respondents without an ID-card can apply for respondent rights with a password through an application on the Statistics Estonia website.
