How do I get access to eSTAT for data submission?

To get access to eSTAT, a person authorized to represent the enterprise should submit an electronic application via eSTAT. Once approved, an eSTAT account is opened for the enterprise. Foreign citizens without Estonian ID-card or mobile-ID can access eSTAT with a password, which can be obtained by submitting an application on the website.
