What are the timeframes for deleting a private limited company from the Commercial Register?

After completing liquidation proceedings, an application to delete a private limited company from the Commercial Register can be submitted at a minimum of six months after entering liquidation in the business register. Additionally, it must be submitted three months after notifying shareholders of the final liquidation report and asset distribution plan.
