What happens after the court decides on the compulsory dissolution of a private limited company?

Upon the court's decision on compulsory dissolution, the dissolution becomes effective. The court notifies the business register to make an entry of the dissolution. If the court decides on liquidation, the compulsory dissolution is followed by the liquidation of the private limited company.
