How are reorganisation plans accepted and approved?

Obligees have the opportunity to examine and provide their opinion on the draft reorganisation plan at least two weeks before the acceptance and submission deadlines. The plan can be accepted through voting at a meeting or without a meeting. The court can approve or refuse to approve the reorganisation plan, and it may even approve a plan not accepted by the obligees. Refusal to approve the plan can lead to the termination of reorganisation proceedings.
