Why are e-residents not advised to register as sole proprietors (FIE) in Estonia?

E-residents are not advised to register as sole proprietors (FIE) in Estonia because sole proprietors are taxed differently compared to limited companies. For non-residents, registering as a Private Limited Company (OÜ) is considered more cost-effective and suitable, with fewer tax complications.
