What criteria define a small undertaking in Estonia?

A company in Estonia is considered a small undertaking if it is registered in the country and does not qualify as a micro undertaking. Additionally, only one of the following indicators may exceed on the balance sheet date of an accounting year:

  • Total assets: 4,000,000 euros
  • Sales revenue: 8,000,000 euros
  • Average number of employees during an accounting year: 50 persons
