Who is eligible for the state fee reimbursement for e-Residency digital ID cards?

Ukrainian citizens who have been granted e-Residency status on or after February 24, 2022, and have registered a new company in Estonia as an Estonian e-resident before December 31, 2023, are eligible for the state fee reimbursement.
