What are the consequences of not appointing a contact person in Estonia?

If a legal entity with an address in a foreign country fails to appoint a contact person, the Estonian Business Register will refuse to register the entity. For legal entities in Estonia, failing to provide the contact person's term by April 30, 2023, will result in automatic removal of the contact person's data from the legal entity's records.
