What happens if the assessed share capital in a private limited company is lower than 2,500 euros?

If the assessed share capital in a private limited company is lower than 2,500 euros, and bankruptcy proceedings are terminated without declaring bankruptcy, the court may order the shareholder to pay an amount between the share capital and 2,500 euros if the trustee's claim for fees and expenses isn't satisfied from other assets of the debtor.
